The Poodle Club of San Antonio
The club was founded in
July 1968. With the commitment
and dedication of our
members, the club
hosts one or two Specialty dog shows every year. Whether in
conformation and/or obedience-rally-agility trials, our shows operate
under the rules &
regulations of the American
Kennel Club (AKC) and The
National Poodle Club of
America (PCA).
The Poodle Club of
San Antonio is organized to
encourage and promote the
breeding of purebred
Poodles, and to protect and
advance the interest of the
breed through sportsmanlike
competition at dog shows and
obedience-rally-agility
trials. Our club also
supports Poodle rescue and
adoption efforts. Membership is
open to all persons who are
eighteen years of age and
older, who are in good
standing with the AKC, and
who subscribe to the
purposes of the club.
While membership is
unrestricted as to
residence, the club
primarily represents Poodle breeders, exhibitors
and owners in the San
Antonio area. Click

Club meetings are held every
two months, usually at a
restaurant. Come
join us for a meeting and
learn more about what we do.

next meeting, please email

webmaster, at: howdy@gvtc.com.
